Return Policy

At Ivy & Carter Boutique, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.

Conditions for returns

You can register an item for return after you have physically received it. Return costs are entirely at the customer's expense. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached. Trying on is allowed, but wearing is not. Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all of them is not allowed.

Return process

You must register your return via info@ivycarterboutique.com
within 30 days of receiving the item. After registration, you will receive further instructions from us for returning the item. The item must be returned at your own expense. We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages when the tracking indicates that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. If an incorrect address has been provided, the responsibility lies with the customer. Any changes to the address must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order.
